The iRobertson ProcessiRobertson’s objective is to provide as much assistance and information to help make your transition into a new career as easy and stress free as possible. Your options are plentiful and we believe that our experience working with other students, employers, and regulatory bodies will prove beneficial to you. Step 1: Request course information about your program of interest. Step 2: An iRobertson Career Counsellor will contact you and provide a program summary with a link to course outlines and an online Admissions Assessment Step 3: Complete the iRobertson online skills assessment. This is NOT a test. We use this assessment to help determine how best we can assist you and get you started with your iRobertson training. The answers you give us will determine areas where your strengths lie and allow us to locate areas where we can help you improve. Step 4: Confirm your start date, review your tuition payment plan, and finalize the enrollment documents, which you review, agree, and accept online. Program LengthIndividual Study Certificate Course – Up to 6 months (26 weeks) to complete the course. Challenge Program – Up to 12 months (52 weeks) to complete the program. Full Diploma Program – Up to 24 months (104 weeks) to complete the program. We allow up to two years to complete the program because many students can only study on a part-time basis. However, you can work at your own pace to finish any course or program sooner. Delivery MethodsiRobertson employs a broad spectrum of online learning methods and relies on a variety of technologies to deliver course materials and instruction to students. These include the use of multi-media online activities, print materials, e-mail, computer software, audio and video. Any particular course might use a combination of delivery methods. All online programs require access to a computer with an Internet connection. Individualized StudyMost iRobertson programs are individualized study programs. You will work independently according to your own schedule with support and instruction from your online instructor. Prior to your start date, you will receive a learning resource package in the mail and the name of your instructor, who will be the first point of contact for questions regarding program schedule, content, evaluations and technology inquiries. WithdrawalStudents who opt to withdraw from their course part way through their studies may do so and will be eligible to receive a refund on their tuition fees proportional to the amount of the program completed as set out by a standard formula governed by PVI Manitoba (Section 21 of the Private vocational Institutions Act.) so long as they have not completed more than two thirds of their program coursework.
